  • DHA is also a Joint-Venture partner of Creek Marina.
  • DHA is responsible for developing approach roads, provisioning of all services and utilities up to the node points of Creek Marina project.
  • DHA will procure all necessary approvals from various government agencies/authorities.
What safeguards have been incorporated in Creek Marina with regards to earthquakes?
  • The developers of Creek Marina have elected to design the building structure to withstand seismic intensity equivalent to Zone 2B, Karachi is only classified as Zone 2B.
  • Creek Marina can withstand the highest level of winds and earthquakes that can be expected during the life cycle of the building.

  • DHA (Defense Housing Authority) lands are not offered as freehold.
  • The apartments are 99 - year leasehold.
  • At the time of handover of the apartment, a sub-lease will be registered in the customer’s name and the sub-lease will show the tenure of lease.
  • The Ownership documents (sub-lease to be registered) will be given to the customer after all payments have been received (upon possession of the apartment).

Are there visitor parking available?

Yes, visitor parking is available near to each respective tower. Car-park for visitors are free, however, visitors' vehicles cannot enter the basement car-park (which has Automatic Barrier system with Card Key Access) meant only for residents.
