Construction Update - Sept 2006

The main building foundation construction is entering its last stage. To date, building piles for Block 1 and 8 have been completed whilst works for Block 2 and 7 will be completed very soon. As for the whole basement car parking area, 82% of the piles have also been completed.

The tests – meticulously conducted by our team which includes specialists from United Kingdom and Singapore – had been able to verify the design capacity of the foundation piles. These experts verified the detailed test reports and necessary design modifications were made where necessary to achieve the design objectives
