The construction of Creek Marina project started in Dec 2005 in accordance with the project schedule. The first 2 contracts relating to the boundary wall construction and basement excavation have been completed ahead of schedule - which explains the lull in the site activities for a short while as the piling contractor was due to mobilize in accordance to the original schedule. The piling contract has been awarded to renowned team IVCC Bachy Soletanche (U.K) - PMC (U.K).

To improve the site security and visibility, sufficient lighting powered by our own generators has been installed throughout the site. Large perspectives of the apartments' interiors and exteriors have been installed along the boundary wall to enable our customers to have a glimpse of the luxuries unfolding at Creek Marina
